Specialty Construction Supply provides roadway signage, parking lot striping, traffic control, and related services throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and formal written agreements.

3. Estimates & Proposals
 

• All quotes and proposals are non-binding until accepted in writing.

• Pricing is subject to change based on field conditions, scope changes, material costs, and schedule adjustments.

• Proposal validity is typically limited to 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   

4. Scope of Work

Work performed is strictly limited to the scope outlined in the approved proposal or contract. Any additional work requested will be treated as a change order and may result in additional charges.

5. Scheduling & Delays
 

• Project scheduling is subject to weather, site readiness, and material availability.

• Specialty Construction Supply is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of its control, including but not limited to weather, site access issues, or third-party contractors.
   

6. Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible, safe, and ready for work. Unexpected site conditions (e.g., damaged pavement, obstructions, grading issues) may result in additional charges or delays.

7. Payment Terms
 

• Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

• Specialty Construction Supply reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment.
   

8. Warranties & Limitations
 

• Workmanship is performed to industry standards; however, no guarantees are made regarding longevity due to factors such as traffic wear, weather, or surface conditions.

• Specialty Construction Supply is not responsible for damage caused by third parties after project completion.
   

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Specialty Construction Supply and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specialty Construction Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
